So many videos in the mailbox lately!

-A few weeks ago I posted a video on You Tube by The Black Keys' Dan Auerbach doing a song with his Uncle James Quine that got quite a response. Who cares that most of it hasn't been from this site necessarily? I can still be excited. At this writing it is up to 6,528 views!

One of the neatest parts of posting the video has been the fan response videos. I like this one in particular by Liverpudlian Chris Dorgan:

Dorgan picked out the chords from listening to the song and did an amazingly faithful rendition of his own.

-Just now uploaded the following video by Swedish duo The Deer Tracks, for the song 127sexfyra. It has a pleasantly ambient, trippy skipping, "Kid A"-ness to it.  Ellin Lindfors' eyelashes are insane and beautiful. Do they dust nearby lampshades? Because that would also be utilitarian in addition to being glam. David Lehnberg's flat, deep Ben Gibbard-like tones contrast nicely against her high notes.
