Man how I love the cool and clean Cut Copy sound. Here CC remixes the new Kaiser Chiefs song Never Miss A Beat, a song (and accompanying video) that brings to mind Pink Floyd's Another Brick In the Wall. Cut Copy turns the song into this strange mix of nightclub (good times!) and rebellion/clashing with authority (Angry!) that will leave your ears and mind all confused. And yet it works.
The video, with its promise of a bunch of Slipknotters about to rumble is all kinds of cute as well. Oh, there's a rumble to be had, all right: a DANCE RUMBLE! And aren't those the best kind? And nary a Travolta in sight, thankfully.
